Falcon Families,
 
The Athletic Booster Club is working on a lot of exciting special projects for this year.
Please see the information below about membership and student appreciation ads.
If you are interested in helping out with anything going on please contact me. There are still quite a few opportunities available.
 
BOOSTER MEMBERSHIP:
The Booster Membership Form for the 2012-13 sports year can be found under "files and links" on the main page of the booster website.
If you were a previous member, you will still need to complete one for the current year. If you have a winter or spring athlete you are welcome to complete one now instead of waiting for your season to start. You can turn these into the school or mail them to Kim Garcia, 42925 Ellzey Dr., Ashburn, VA 20148.
 
The Athletic Booster Club is the number one supporter of BWHS sports teams. We raise funds by selling Partnerships/concessions/spirit wear/etc., which helps supplement ALL of BWHS’s sports teams and Athletic Department . Each year we receive less funding from the County, so our fundraising efforts are vital. Please check out this link if you would like more information about the Booster Club.
 
 
 
STUDENT APPRECIATION AD:
Don't forget to place your Student Appreciation Ad for the BWHS Fall Sports Program!  
The form can be found under "files and links" on the main page as well as an example from last year.  You can choose to  include your own photo or you can use one we may have taken from picture day. These can be shout-outs to your athlete wishing them a great season, or you can get creative and have fun with it. Maybe taking an Ad out for a group of friends who have played together for a while, or from grandparents, or from a group of Moms – like the Football Mom’s did last year.
 
All Ads must be turned in by Wednesday August 7.  Payment can be dropped off at school or mailed to BRIAR WOODS ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB, 22525 BELMONT RIDGE ROAD, ASHBURN, VA 20148.   Please mark your envelope Student Ad Order.
